Available capacities:

• 360 g (to obtain approximately ~1 l of liquid) – yield approximately 10 m²

• 900 g (to obtain approximately ~2.5 l of liquid) – yield approximately 25 m²

• 1800 g (to obtain approximately ~5 l of liquid) – yield approximately 50 m²

• 3600 g (to obtain approximately ~10 l of liquid) – yield approximately 100 m²

Coverage depends on the absorbency of the substrate. Depending on the substrate, we recommend 1-2 coats.

Quick application:

• Pour measured water over PACKS A and B (each pack in a separate container), mix, set aside for ~ 2 hours.

• Mix both packages together until smooth.

• Apply an even layer with a brush/roller/paint brush.

• Wait at least 12 hours before painting or plastering.

⏰ The mixture is active for 5 hours – after that it loses its properties.

1. How do I provide shipping details?

• Telephone number – necessary for contacting the courier or parcel locker

• E-mail address – we send order confirmation and parcel tracking number to it

Note: Please double-check that all information provided is accurate. An incorrect address or phone number may result in delivery delays.

2. Delivery time

• Standard order preparation time is 2–5 business days from the moment the payment is received.

• Custom-made products (e.g., custom paint colors) may require 7–10 business days for production.

• We will inform you about the shipment by e-mail, providing the tracking number.

3. Delivery methods

• Courier – delivery to the indicated address throughout Poland.

• InPost parcel locker – for orders whose dimensions allow this form of delivery.

• We hand-pack all products carefully and reliably to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All products are 100% eco-friendly!

4. Receipt of the shipment

• Upon delivery, check the parcel in the presence of the courier or immediately after removing it from the Parcel Locker.

• If the packaging is damaged, write a damage report with the courier or take photos and report the problem in the InPost application.

• If you notice any damage inside the package, please contact us immediately – we will help you resolve the matter quickly.

1. General provisions

• This policy specifies the rules for returns and complaints in the fornature online store, run by FORNATURE DOMINIKA RADOMSKA ul. Agatowa 15 55-002 Dobrzykowice, NIP: 8952204352

• All purchases are made in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended).

2. Right of withdrawal

• The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

• The goods should be returned within 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal.

• The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the case of:

• Products made to individual customer order (e.g. paints in shades prepared according to the selected color, on special order).

• Products opened or used after delivery, which by their nature are not suitable for re-sale (e.g. open packages of paints, primers or pigments).

• Products that were permanently combined with other materials after delivery.

4. Return terms

• The goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging, complete and in a condition that allows for further sale.

• In the event of the return of damaged goods or goods showing signs of use, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the loss of value of the product.

5. Complaints

• If the product is defective, damaged during transport or does not comply with the order, the customer has the right to file a complaint.

• Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to the following address: fornature.pl@gmail.com, providing:

name and surname,

for the order number,

a description of the defect,

for photos documenting the problem.

• We consider complaints within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the notification.

• If the complaint is accepted, we will cover the cost of returning the goods and deliver a defect-free product or refund the funds.

6. Refund

• The money will be refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods and positive consideration of the return/complaint.

• We will refund the funds using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer agrees to a different method.
