Shipping Information

1. Shipping Details

To ensure quick and smooth delivery of your order, please provide the following information when placing your order:

  • Full name / company name

  • Street, house/apartment number

  • Postal code and city

  • Phone number (required for courier or parcel locker contact)

  • Email address (we will send the order confirmation and tracking number)

Note: Please double-check that your information is correct. An incorrect address or phone number may cause delivery delays.

2. Order Processing Time

The standard order preparation time is 2–5 business days from the moment we receive payment.

Products made to individual order (e.g., paints in custom colors) may require 7–10 business days for processing.

You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped, including a tracking number.

3. Delivery Methods

  • Courier – delivery to the specified address within Poland.

  • InPost Parcel Locker – available for orders that fit within the size limits of parcel lockers.

All products are carefully hand-packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition — fully eco-friendly.

4. Receiving Your Package

Please check the parcel upon delivery in the presence of the courier or immediately after collecting it from the parcel locker.

If the packaging is damaged, fill out a damage report with the courier or take photos and report the issue through the courier’s app or website.

If you find any internal damage after opening the package, please contact us immediately — we will assist you in resolving the issue quickly.

Return & Complaint Policy

1. General Provisions

This policy defines the rules for returns and complaints in the ForNature online store.
All purchases are processed in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended).

2. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please send a completed withdrawal form to:

Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice.
The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • products made to individual specifications (e.g., custom-colored paints),

  • products that have been opened or used and cannot be resold,

  • products permanently combined with other materials.

The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging, complete, and suitable for resale.
If there are damages or signs of use, we may proportionally reduce the refunded amount.

4. Complaints

If the product is defective, damaged during transport, or does not match the order, the customer has the right to file a complaint.

Please send your complaint via email to fornature.pl@gmail.com, including:

  • your full name

  • order number

  • description of the issue

  • photos documenting the problem

Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days.

5. Refunds

If a complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost and either send a replacement product or issue a refund.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned product and confirming the complaint or withdrawal.
Funds are returned using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer agrees to another method.
