2. Definitions

Customer – a natural or legal person using the online store.
Product – goods available in the ForNature store.
Sales Agreement – an agreement concluded between the customer and the seller through the placement of an order in the store.

3. Terms of Use

To use the store, access to the Internet and a web browser supporting the technologies used by the store are required.
The customer agrees to provide truthful and accurate information when placing an order.

4. Orders and Conclusion of the Sales Agreement

Orders can be placed via the online store.
An order is accepted after confirmation by the seller via email.
The sales agreement is concluded at the moment the seller confirms acceptance of the order.

5. Payments

The store accepts the following payment methods:

• Payment card

• Bank transfer

• Paynow (integrated payment system available in the store)

Payment is required before the order is processed, unless otherwise agreed with the seller.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer in the order form.
Available delivery methods: courier, InPost parcel locker, personal pickup.

Order processing time is up to 7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Delivery costs are displayed during checkout and added to the order total.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers who are consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller at:

or send a completed withdrawal form.

The product must be returned in an undamaged condition, in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed with the seller.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Complaints

The customer has the right to submit complaints regarding products within 2 years from the date of purchase.

A complaint should include:

• full name,

• description of the defect,

• date of purchase,

• order number.

The seller will review the complaint within 14 business days and inform the customer of the decision.

10. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of their publication on the store’s website.
In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Act on Electronic Services and the Civil Code.
Any disputes shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the seller’s registered office.
